Istituto Marangoni was founded in 1935 in Milan as 'Istituto Artistico dell’Abbigliamento Marangoni’, and has been a top educational choice for creatives in the worlds of fashion, art and design for 90 years.
Strong connections with the top players in the fashion industry have always been one of the great assets to benefit an education path at Istituto Marangoni across all campuses, and in 2024 employability rate from 89% to 91%. Most notably, the London campus has seen a remarkable surge, with employability soaring to 96%—an impressive 11% jump from last year, surpassing local competitors.
With four generations of students from across five continents, Istituto Marangoni has been the launchpad for over 45,000 professionals in the global luxury and fashion industries. The biggest lesson that I learnt in Istituto Marangoni London is the base of tailoring. It’s really impossible to become a designer without the base, and as Rick Owens said “learn how to do clothes.”
